What we make
AWTT engineers floating covers that cut evaporation, control algae, suppress odor and VOCs, deter wildlife, and insulate open liquid surfaces. The product family ranges from spherical ball covers (Armor Ball® and Armor Ball® AQUA) to hexagonal interlocking tile covers (Hexprotect®, Rhombo Hexoshield®, Hexprotect® MAX R) — so each site can be matched to the right coverage, wind, and insulation rating rather than to a single product.
How we work
We manufacture in North America and ship worldwide. Specifications are published and documented; material certifications, SDS, and NSF/ANSI 61 documentation where applicable are available on request. Quotes are sized to your surface area, liquid, wind exposure, and goals.
The shade-ball category, honestly
The hollow-ball cover concept became famous through large drinking-water reservoir deployments (most notably ~96 million balls on the LA Reservoir, supplied by XavierC, LLC — not AWTT). We reference that story as category background. Armor Ball® is AWTT's distinct, industrial-grade evolution of the idea.
